We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required. Please note that custom items are non-refundable and returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@apolloathletic.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find the item defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
For the quickest way to obtain a different item, return the original item first. Once the return is processed, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
